Born and raised in Bacon County, Dr. Hailey is passionate about helping her community live healthier, pain-free lives through natural, holistic care. A proud 2012 graduate of Bacon County High School, she went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University, where a strong foundation in human movement and performance fueled a growing interest in chiropractic care. Dr. Hailey attended Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida campus, graduating 4th in her class with an award in Academic Excellence.

In March 2020, Dr. Hailey opened Roots Chiropractic and Wellness, bringing personalized chiropractic care back home to the community that she loves. With a strong foundation in movement science and advanced chiropractic training, Dr. Hailey provides a patient-first approach tailored to each individual's unique health goals.

Dr. Hailey is Webster Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and has additional training in a variety of techniques, including Thompson Technique, Activator Methods, Flexion Distraction, Decompression, Craniosacral Therapy, and Sports Rehabilitation. This diverse skillset allows her to care for a wide range of patients—from expectant mothers and infants to athletes and active adults.
